The Bean Counter Roastery and Coffee house is located in historic Petersburg, Illinois.
Abraham Lincoln surveyed our town when he was residing in the Community of New Salem just a
couple miles from Petersburg.
The Bean Counter got its name from it’s co-owner, Gina Stickley,
who is a bookkeeper when she can pull herself away from the
coffee and gift shop. Her husband, Brian, is the coffee roaster.
We get our green coffee beans from all the coffee growing regions and roast each to bring out
the best flavor profile. We roast and ship same day to assure that you will get only the freshest,
best tasting coffee available.
