Costa Rica Terrazu
Very well balanced coffee. Bright citric or berry-like flavors
fading into a chocolate or spice flavor in the aftertaste.
Great medium roast selection!
Guatemala Antigua
Mild intensity / Delicate acidity, milk chocolate roast tastes, clean cup.
Vibrant, bright notes. Roasted to a semi-dark stage to bring out the best of the bean.
A definite staple to our line. Our best seller!
Kenya AA
This is a bright coffee that lights up the palate from front to back.
It is complex, and has interesting fruit (berry, citrus) flavors, sometimes alternating with spice.
Roasted dark to enhance the flavor. Great dark-roast selection!
Sumatra Mandheling
This Indonesian coffee has a heavy body and a rich, complex earthy flavor.
It has a pleasing, tangy, deep flavor that makes it a popular “dark roast” choice!
Nicaragua
This Central American coffee is a well balanced coffee offering great body.
Mild enough to be a crowd-pleaser at the same time bold and complex enough to offer “big” flavor.
Columbia Supremo
This South American coffee, of course, is very well know commercially.
It is very balanced, with good body, brightness (acidity) and flavor.
I have chosen to roast it darker to add a boldness and depth to the taste.
Papua New Guinea
Not as “earthy” as other Indonesian coffees. It offers a “wild” note.
It offers a lighter, more complex body. It is more in line with the tastes of
Central American coffees than Indonesian. Very lively cup!
Brazil
Brazils are used in a lot of blends as a base for espresso drinks.
